How to Join

  1. The Toy Kingdom Letters to Santa promo will run from November 11 to December 31, 2024 at any Toy Kingdom stores and Toys area the SM Store nationwide.
  2. Customer must visit any Toy Kingdom store and scan the QR CODE to play the game.
  3. Upon scanning the QR code, customer must -
    • Allow access to his / her device’s camera and sounds for an immersive experience
    • The app will help you write a letter to Santa by answering some questions:
      • My name is __________
      • I am ________ year/s old
      • How good were you this year?
        • Good
        • Very Good
      • This year, my Christmas wish is (take a photo)
  1. The app will magically generate the letter to Santa
  2. Send the letter to your loved ones so they know your wishlist
  3. Input the sender details and press send.
    • Name (first name, last name)
    • Contact number
    • Email Address
    • Complete Address
  1. All entries will be saved in a database.
  2. Five (5) random letter senders will receive P5000 Toy Kingdom Gift Cards or SM Gift Pass each
  3. The final verification of the 5 winners will be online either via Zoom or Google Meet and will be witnessed by a DTI representative on January 3, 2025 at 3:00pm.
  4. All decisions made by International Toyworld, Inc (in consultation with the DTI) relating to this promotion will be deemed final.
  5. All winners will be notified via mail, email, SMS and phone call for them to determine when and how they may claim their prize.
  6. Winners must present the following when claiming their prize at the Toy Kingdom branch where they have played / won.
    • Email notification letter
    • Two (2) valid IDs
  1. Player may only win once.
  2. Prizes are not convertible to cash or another prize item.
  3. Winners will have up to 60 days after the receipt of notification to claim their prize; after which prizes shall be forfeited in favor of Toy Kingdom, with prior approval of DTI.
  4. All employees of International Toyworld, Inc., and partner agency, as well as their relatives to the 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity are not eligible to join the promo.
  5. Toy Kingdom may disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.

     CONTROL MEASURES: VERIFICATION AND DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

    • All valid entries / scores of the players will be stored and consolidated in the Toy Kingdom Christmas AR database. A participant may play multiple times but can only win once.
    • A DTI representative will be invited to check, test, validate and verify the computer system for registration and storing of game points.
    • A list of the properties of the computer program shall be printed and given to the DTI representative after verification. 
    • A DTI representative will be invited to be present during the opening of the database to identify the winners of the Toy Kingdom Christmas AR promo 
    • The list of winners with their corresponding prize won will be given to the DTI Representative after the determination.
    • A list of the properties of the computer program shall be printed and given to the DTI Representative after the determination of winners.
    • In case there is a threat to the integrity and security of the computer system used for the promo, or if the operation of such computer system has been compromised, International Toyworld, Inc, with the DTI’s concurrence, may immediately suspend the promotion.
    • All decisions made by International Toyworld, Inc (in consultation with the DTI) relating to this promotion will be deemed final.
